Purchase of goods and services to the reserves
Tender procedures for the management of food strategic reserves include:
- purchase of food products for the purpose of strategic reserves,
- purchase of services related to the storage and exchange of reserves.
Any purchase to food strategic reserves are made on the basis of the internal regulations of the Agency in accordance with:
- Article 13, paragraph 4 and 5 of the Act of 29 October 2010 on strategic reserves (Journal of Laws 2016, Item 1635, with further amendments),
- The Act of 5 August 2010 on protection of classified information (Journal of Laws 2016, Item 1167, with further amendments).
